Diahann Carroll was an extraordinary, multi-talented artist, truly dedicated to her crafts. She broke through so many barriers and we benefit so much from those victories! I read her first autobiography, "Diahann!" which is a book that I highly recommend. She did such great work, but also, who else could give it right back to Alexis on the tv show Dynasty as Diahann Carroll did?
"Declare exactly who you are and what you are creating. You have everything you need. I want you to put a declaration in the universe, give notice! Stop trying to sneak into your success."

These two videos offer different perspectives on sadness and happiness.
I can remember thinking at a certain age that I'm supposed to have the right career and the right life. As a character in one of my favorite movies, "Pleasantville" said, "Life is not supposed to be anything ... There is no right car, there is no right life." Happiness is not necessarily the same for each of us. And what made you happen 6 months ago, or 6 days ago, may not make you happy now. And that's okay.
Be easy on yourself. And one thing to look forward to is that you're going to share creativity that is valuable to someone.
I think these two YouTube videos are like parts 2 and 3 to the Tony Robbins video in my previous post. Using the information in these three videos together can be life changing. I've posted one of them before, but in this context, it's well worth repeating.
